1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and 88big ("Platform", "We"). This document takes effect as soon as you access, register for, or use any service provided by 88big.

By continuing to register or use the 88big platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of this overall agreement.

These Terms govern the entire relationship between you and 88big, including use of the website, mobile app, customer support, and all available platform features.

2. Member Eligibility

To register and use the 88big platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• Aged 18 years and above on the date of registration.
• Be an individual with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not appearing on any list of individuals prohibited from using online gambling services by any relevant authority.
• Not currently enrolled in an active self-exclusion program on any gambling platform.
• Register under your own name and not on behalf of another person.

3. Account Registration

Each member is allowed to hold one (1) active account only on the 88big platform. Holding multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

• Full name as shown on your identity card or passport.
• An active and accessible email address.
• A valid Malaysian phone number.
• Exact date of birth for age verification.

88big reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, including copies of your ID, bank statements, or proof of address. This KYC process is a standard security measure that protects your account from unauthorised access.

It is your responsibility to keep your account password secure and not share it with anyone. 88big will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your own negligence.

4. Deposits & Payments

88big supports a variety of popular payment methods in Malaysia for members' convenience:

• Direct bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong Bank, and other major banks.
• FPX (Financial Process Exchange) for instant payments.
• Digital wallets including Touch 'n Go eWallet and GrabPay.
• Preferred cryptocurrencies listed on the platform.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and membership status. All deposits are processed in real time. 88big does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges.

5. Withdrawal of Funds

88big members are entitled to withdraw funds at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• KYC identity verification has been successfully completed.
• No outstanding bonus rollover requirements remain.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same member's name.
• The minimum withdrawal is RM 50 or the amount specified by the chosen withdrawal method.

Withdrawal processing times depend on membership status: standard members within 24 hours, Silver and Gold members within 12 hours, Platinum members within 4 hours, and Diamond members in under 30 minutes on business days.

88big reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before approving large or unusual withdrawals. This is a protective measure to ensure your funds remain secure.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by 88big are subject to rollover requirements and validity periods specified for each offer. General terms applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per member, per household, and per device, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses may not be used simultaneously unless the platform permits combining them.
• Rollover requirements must be met before any withdrawal from a bonus balance is permitted.
• The expiry date of each bonus is final.
• 88big reserves the right to void any bonus found to have been obtained through fraudulent means or system abuse.

7. Game Rules

All games available on the 88big platform are operated using a Random Number Generator (RNG) independently verified by a third party to ensure fair play. For Live Casino games, outcomes are determined by real dealers in a supervised gaming room.

All game outcomes recorded by the system are final. 88big cannot and will not reverse any game result unless there is clear and comprehensively proven evidence of a technical system failure.

In the event of a technical disruption during an active game session, the 88big platform will attempt to restore the session to its last recorded state. If restoration is not possible, the affected bets may be voided and funds returned.

8. Member Conduct

88big members are prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

• Fraud: Using automated software, bots, or any unauthorized means to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Money Laundering: Using the 88big platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to cheat the system or other players.
• Bonus Abuse: Registering multiple accounts or using false information to obtain additional bonuses.
• Abusive Behaviour: Using abusive, threatening, or harassing language toward customer support staff or other players.

Violation of any of these rules may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent account closure depending on the severity of the breach.

9. Account Closure

Members may close their own account at any time by contacting the 88big customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

88big reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice if:

• There is suspicion of fraud or illegal activity associated with the account.
• The member is found to have violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Account inactive for 12 or more consecutive months.
• Information provided during registration is found to be false or inaccurate.

Valid funds in an account closed due to a violation will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Funds in an account closed at the member's own request will be returned once all conditions have been met.

10. Privacy & Data

88big takes the protection of its members' personal data seriously. All information collected, how it is used, and your rights as a data subject are set out in detail in the Privacy Policy which forms part of this overarching agreement.

In short, we collect data necessary for platform operations, identity verification, transaction processing, and service improvement. Your data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

The 88big platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to keep the platform running smoothly at all times, 88big cannot guarantee that our services will be entirely free from technical disruptions or downtime.

88big shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to loss of opportunity, loss of profit, or business interruption.

12. Changes to Terms

88big reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Members will be notified of material changes via:

• Notifications on the 88big platform when you log in.
• Email to the address registered in your account.
• Update the "Updated" date at the top of this document.

Continued use of the 88big platform after updated Terms are published will be considered your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account and withdraw all eligible funds.
